Comments: The machine is under power and in GOOD TO VERY GOOD CONDITION.  It was purchased

to manufacture whip stock, which is an angular down hole tool that used to be used for offset drilling.

Mud motors, directional drilling and MWD (Measure while drilling) made whipstock obsolete.  It has been

kept under power in an air conditioned and heated building.

Ten years ago, new owners purchased the facility. The machine has not been used since the

new owners purchased the facility.  Last year Okuma come in and powered up the machine.  The

batteries were dead. They were replaced, parameters reinstalled and the machine cycled.
